Download Instructions  (Please take your time with the 5 easy steps.)

1.       At the bottom of this page, click on the link that will take you to a download page.

2.       A prompt will ask you for your “username & password."  Enter the username & password provided below.

3.       Acrobat Window will open for a few seconds, then the page will go blank and will remain blank until it is completely downloaded. This indicates that it is downloading.

4.       Slower computers, please allow 10 to 25 minutes for the download to complete. (Be patient, eventually the eBook will appear on this blank page. Check to see that the last page is loaded (Index Page).)

5.       When the download is complete, go to the top of the Adobe Acrobat window: Click > file, Click > Save

Find a location to save your “eBook.” (We recommend that you save the pdf. File on your desktop for easy access until you read the entire book. You can later save it to the Acrobat File. If you prefer to save it in the Adobe File you will have to access it from there, or from Acrobat Reader, or the Acrobat File. All will work just fine.)

The pdf.file will appear as a new Icon on your desk top: Dep.pdf. This holds the actual eBook. Click on it and the eBook will automatically open in Acrobat Reader.
